ABOUT
My name is Becky and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I love helping people to embody their own way of moving so that they can bring a little ease into their everyday. It's a joy to see people discover their own body's wisdom and I like to give time and space for you to reconnect with your breath and body.
I enjoy working with complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, and teach both groups and one-to-one. I’ve taught various types of yoga including vinyasa flow, restorative, mindfulness meditation, somatics and calligraphy.
Why can yoga be so helpful? It gives us the opportunity to drop into the present moment whilst increasing mobility and gently building strength. Mindful movements (asanas) and breath regulation (pranayama) help release tension, enhance wellbeing and increase vitality.
