ABOUT
My name is Becky and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I’ve studied various forms including restorative, mindfulness meditation, somatics, calligraphy yoga and vinyasa flow. I completed my teacher training with Yoga Campus and love to share mindful somatic movements that bring ease and fluidity.

I enjoy helping and empowering people to discover their own body's wisdom. When teaching I give time and space to reconnect with your breath and body. The practice is an invitation to experience and explore new ways of moving whilst increasing mobility and gently building strength. Somatic mindful movements help to release tension, enhance wellbeing and increase vitality.
